- VITAMIN E and FRECKLES
In response to VITAMIN E and FRECKLES posted by gattinalydia: This is an interesting question. I had really only heard of applying lemon juice to freckles to fade them. I think that applying vitamin E from a capsule is a sure way to guarantee fresh vitamin E. The capsules are pretty good about preserving oils. Take extra measures by storing them in the fridge and in a dark container or jar. Use natural vitamin E and not synthetic. I do not think that taking vitamin E will prevent freckles. Not everyone gets freckles. You are usually genetically predisposed to get them if you do. Taking any vitamin will not change that. The best way to prevent freckles is probably to stay out of the sun and sun block. Taking vitamin E wouldn't hurt you but be careful. Vitamin E is a fat soluble and will accumulate to the body. Hope this helps!
