I just have to comment on your new article about avocado and what a nutritious food it is. When I was pregnant I would often get cravings for sweets...I felt like I could have LIVED off candy bars and chocolate milk. *laughing* I found if I ate some healthy, nutritious fats like avocados (my personal favorite!) it really helped control my cravings becuase it satisfied that need my body had for extra fats, Omegas, etc. Great article!
