Hi! As I've discussed in http://naturalmedicine.suite101.com/arti... the best antioxidant food that I know of is the Ningxia wolfberry. Blueberries, raspberries, and pomegranates also rank pretty high, but nothing like the Chinese wolfberry or the variety from the Ningxia province, which are especially powerful. I'd be happy to send further information on the wolfberry if you're curious - you can contact me at oilsdragon(at)hotmail.com and I'll forward you the research and information that I have.

In spices and herbs, the highest content of edible antioxidants occurs in cloves - more specifically, in clove essential oil. Please see the discussion at http://naturalmedicine.suite101.com/disc... for details!

The most potent antioxiant food supplement is the Wildcrafted Siberian Mushroom. It contains every element the body needs to come into balance so the body can heal itself. Check it out. www.mychaga.com/livehealthier and tell me what you think. People are having amazing results from it. REAL people, not some made up stories!
