I fell so much better knowing i'm not the only one who crave corn starch. I will eat baby powder if it 100% corn starcha nd argo brand is not available. My mom use to eat it when she stop she started to smoke. I don't really want to sop because i'm afraid I might start doing drug or drinking. Like many of the others said it does calm my nerves and relaxes me also. I eat a box a day but I do notice if I eat some real food I want crave it as much.I Knew I had a problem when because I take it everywhere with me,even the movies theater.
