hi babygurl07,

You might want to look back to when you began eating the baby powder (since it was so recent) and figure out what was happening at that time and why you started. What craving or need does it fulfill for you?

Then, try to find something harmless or, better yet, something that is GOOD for you that you enjoy doing, and use it to replace that addiction to the baby powder. Do you enjoy reading? Playing video games? Do you have a journal you write in? Play sports? Any of these things can become an addiction too, but they are at least good for you in moderation (unlike the cornstarch powder). Can you use one of these positive habits, or another of your own devising, to wean yourself off of eating the powder?

I also recommend speaking to a parent, teacher or counsellor if you have someone nearby that you can talk to. You may be slightly anemic or have other mineral deficiencies that aren't apparent, so it's worth seeing a nutritionist if you can and getting that checked, too.

Best of luck!

Blessings,
