Favourite essential oils: Clary sage

My favourite essential oils? Do you mean the ones I make use of the most… or the ones I lust after? The oil I’ve benefited from the most is Clary Sage.

Yesterday I discussed the essential oil I use the most - peppermint, which is the answer I give when anyone asks my favourite. However, there is another oil that I don't use as often, but for which I am immeasurably grateful. For the sheer physical benefit I've garnered, my favourite oil, bar none, is clary sage.

This oil has been touted to promote hormone balance and ease menstrual cramping, PMS symptoms, and peri- and post-menopause issues. Clary sage is rich in hormone precursors which are said to be converted by the human body into whatever hormones are lacking, supplementing any deficiencies.

All I have to say is, it worked for me. I used to have excruciating monthly cramps... and now I don't.

If you want details of my personal story using clary sage, please contact me by email and I'll happily elaborate.

More favourite oils coming up tomorrow and in articles.
