Antioxidant juices

The antioxidant juice I use: a blend of blueberry, raspberry, pomegranate, apricot, and Ningxia wolfberry.

I started learning about and taking an antioxidant supplement years before I studied nutrition and cell biology. I knew that it worked to boost my energy - and to heal all kinds of conditions for others: from sprains and sore muscles to chest pain and from bacterial infection to problems with eyesight - long before I had the science to understand why.

My favourite antioxidant is a juice blend of pomegranate, blueberries, raspberries, grapeskin extract, apricots, and Ningxia wolfberry. I wouldn't like to think about being without a bottle of this potent elixir in my fridge to use whenever I start feeling stressed, nutrient-deprived, or just in need of a little extra help to wake up in the morning.

Tasty, too! Antioxidants are one of the more pleasurable nutrients to make sure we're getting enough of, safe for children, and something that it's virtually impossible to go wrong with. Fruit, savvy?
