Taking nutrient supplements, such as anti-aging vitamin C and B-vitamin supplements, can significantly slow down the aging process for those who want to find longevity.

The search to find longevity is one that many people partake in, either to prevent disease, for better physical and mental well-being, or simply to slow down the aging process and prolong life. Although there are many alleged anti-aging pills and hormone treatments which may claim to engender unbelievable results, the truth is, a healthy diet, lifestyle, and anti-aging natural supplements will effectively sustain the body and improve the quality of life throughout one's years.

As the body ages, nutrient and enzyme stores deplete, and it becomes increasingly difficult to absorb and utilize many nutrients. One of the main causes of aging in fact is a weakened immune response, leaving an older body open to disease.
